Floyd Landis has admitted he used a wide array of performance-enhancing drugs during a cycling career that included a nullified victory at the 2006 Tour de France. But Landis also has leveled an accusation at Lance Armstrong, his former U.S. Postal Team teammate, saying the seven-time Tour winner also was a drug cheat.
