Who we are
The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service have been developed as a joint venture between Macmillan Cancer Support, The George Hardwick Foundation and the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
We ensure people affected by, or concerned about, cancer have access to good quality, comprehensive and appropriate information and support. The service is staffed by a health professional supported by trained volunteers. Complementary therapies and counselling services are available from The George Hardwick Foundation.
What We Offer
We provide benefits and financial advice and offer support and information to anyone who has cancer, their relatives, friends and carers.
Information
You are welcome to browse through our library of resources including booklets and leaflets on all aspects of cancer. Some of our resources are available in different languages and are suitable for people with special needs. Support We can listen to you and discuss how cancer is affecting your life.

How to find us
By bus
Regular bus services operate between Hartlepool town centre, the hospital and neighbouring towns and villages. Call Traveline for local bus service information on 0871 2002233.
By rail
