Bolton in danger of relegation

Bolton supporters have been calling for the manager’s head as results have been poor this season. Bolton manager Gary Megson is blaming key players for underperforming, he says that there don’t understand that the club is in big trouble.

Bolton are sitting 19th in the premier league and have only picked up 4 points from a possible 18. Bolton do have a game in hand on the teams around them, however their need to start winning games sooner rather than later.

Bolton manager Gary Megson said: “I don’t like criticising my players publicly but three or four of them are not playing like I know they can.

“We’ve got exceptional players who are not playing as well as I know they can. Our club deserves better than this. We’re in trouble.

“With two home games coming up, there has to be a realisation of what we’re doing.

“The message is not getting through to a few of the players.”

Bolton’s next to matches are at home, Man City is first up, followed by West Ham, should Bolton lose both games, Megson may find himself in trouble.
